Problem Note 48720: The SAS® Anti-Money Laundering Investigation user interface main window can time-out unexpectedly and leave orphaned popup windows
The main window of the SAS Anti-Money Laundering user interface might time-out unexpectedly, even if there are active popup (child) windows.
When a popup window, such as the Alert Details page, is opened, a session timer is started. If you leave this popup and begin working in another window, the time eventually expires and the popup window closes. This action can force the main window to close prematurely. The server will time-out the UI session based on the last request processed, regardless of which window initiated the request.
The UI behavior has been changed. Now, when a session time-out occurs, all popup windows will close. The main window will redirect to another window informing you that a time-out has occurred. You are then prompted to log on to the UI session again.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Each window in the session contains a timer. If one window is left inactive, its timer can expire, which closes the window and forces the server to close the main window.
